Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may be eligible for a refund or replacement at our sole discretion.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for the following:

Opened or used products with no remaining contents

Multiple units of the same product returned fully used

Customer ordering errors, including selecting the wrong item, flavor, quantity, or product variation

Claims submitted more than 5 days after delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In certain cases, return shipping may be required and will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
